SchoolGIS is a software system for human resource and school material facility management based on GIS (Geographic Information System) to support tactical planning and management for education departments. 

SchoolGIS not only helps educational manager have general insights into human resource arrangement, facilities, the demand of schools in temporal and spatial database but also support manager to set up development plan, school network investment with various criteria such as:

With robust GIS technology, SchoolGIS allows user to manage, search, display, print, create reports…and provide a lot of information for school such as: number of class, number of teacher, number of student … Especially, SchoolGIS is likely to inherit EMIS Database allowed user to import directly data from EMIS, manage and analyze as well. In addition, SchoolGIS also import GPS data, statistic figures of school into main database of SchoolGIS.

                         + Detailed information of each school (from EMIS database)

Main functionalities of SchoolGIS

• Add, delete, and edit school information on the map.
• Update school position by GPS devices, import from EMIS.
• Update figures for each year and each school.
• Update annual data from report file.
• Display, search detailed information for each school with each region or type of school.
• Find the nearest route among schools and one point of one school…
• Create graph, thematic maps with information of student, teacher, graduation and repeaters…
• Print map with scale.
• Report system with number of school, student, teacher for each level, and each region.
• Export report into format such as *.PDF, *.doc, *.Excel...
