Mr. Ramon Masip awarded the symbol of the Agbar Water Company for Vice Chairman of HCM City people’s committee Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin after the meeting at night 29-9.

In case exceed 400,000 euros will bid opening widely, but of course is only for Spanish companies, explained Mr. Masip.
